Some rides are about distance.
Some are about terrain.
And some are about the people you choose to ride with.
Ride the Himalayas with The Mama Tried Show is all three.
This Motorcycle Sherpa Signature Edition was built in collaboration with the crew at The Mama Tried Show, bringing together our love for well-crafted expeditions and their deeply rooted motorcycle community. The result is a Himalayan journey that’s challenging, rewarding, and best experienced as part of a tight-knit group of capable riders.

Why We Built This Trip
Nepal is one of those places that stays with you long after the ride is over.
From the moment you arrive in Kathmandu, you’re immersed in a world of motion, culture, and contrast — temples tucked between city streets, mountains stretching across the horizon, and a sense that something big is about to begin.
This expedition was designed to move beyond the city quickly and climb straight into the Himalayas, tracing a route through the Annapurna and Mustang regions that blends paved roads, gravel, river crossings, suspension bridges, and remote mountain tracks. It’s a ride that demands attention and rewards commitment — the kind of riding Motorcycle Sherpa was built around.
What the Journey Looks Like
After a welcome dinner and time to settle in with the group, riders depart Kathmandu early, heading toward Daman for the first clear views of the Himalayas. Over the following days, the route unfolds through:
- Chitwan National Park, with sweeping scenery and long, engaging riding days
- Pokhara, framed by Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machapuchare
- Remote valleys and unsealed roads en route to Kalopani and Muktinath
- A visit to Muktinath, one of the highest temples in the world, sitting near 13,000 feet
- A well-earned stop at Tatopani, home to natural hot springs
- The quieter stretches of Nepal, following the Trishuli River back toward Kathmandu
The ride concludes with a return to Kathmandu and a group celebration — followed by the Everest Experience, an included scenic flight offering aerial views of the Himalayan range and Mt. Everest itself.
